Mridulashray NGO Website is a full-stack web platform designed to digitally represent and manage the activities of a social welfare organization. The website allows users to explore the NGO’s initiatives, volunteer for activities, view events, and make donations online. The platform provides a complete ecosystem for both public users and administrators. Visitors can learn about the organization’s work, browse event galleries, register as volunteers, contact the team, and submit donations. On the backend, administrators can manage events, albums, volunteers, and donations through a dedicated admin panel. The system also includes automated workflows such as donation receipt generation and email delivery, ensuring transparency and efficient communication with donors. Key Features 1. Informational NGO Website Provides details about the organization’s mission, vision, and activities. Showcases initiatives like education support, environmental conservation, community care, and social welfare. 2. Event & Gallery Management Displays upcoming, ongoing, and past events. Admin can create event albums, upload images, and manage event galleries. 3. Volunteer Registration System Users can register as volunteers by filling a form. Volunteer details are stored in the database for admin access. 4. Donation System Users can donate using UPI. Donors upload payment screenshot and transaction details. Admin verifies the payment and generates a donation receipt. 5. Automated Email Receipts Donation receipts are automatically sent to donors via email after admin verification. 6. Admin Dashboard Admin panel allows management of: Events and albums Volunteers Contact messages Donation records and receipt generation. 7. Users should be able to easily understand the organization’s activities and initiatives. 2. Multi-Page Navigation The website should include core pages such as: Home About Us Volunteer Events Donate Contact Us Terms & Conditions 3. Event & Activity Showcase The system should allow displaying upcoming, ongoing, and past events. Each event should support images, descriptions, and event details. Past events should automatically convert into photo albums or galleries. 4. Volunteer Registration System Users should be able to register as volunteers through an online form. The form should collect details such as: Name Email Phone number Location Area of interest Submitted data should be stored in a database for admin review. 5. Donation Management System The platform should allow users to donate through UPI payment. Users must be able to: Upload payment screenshot Enter transaction ID / UTR Submit donation details Admin should verify donations and generate receipts. 6. Automated Receipt System After verification of donation payment, the system should generate PDF receipts. Receipts should be automatically sent to the donor via email. 7.
